Office tools

Training courses should meet the needs of your organisation, and the skills developed should improve the effectiveness of the delegate so that they can be more productive on their return to work.  Our courses ensure that people can use the products effectively and can move, copy, link content from spreadsheets to reports, databases to presentations, presentations to documents etc. BUT never forgetting that the aim is not to be clever with the technology but to allow the technology to help you to work more smartly.

Content Managed Websites

Training is an integral part of the websites we develop and deliver.  We work with you through the training to ensure that you can 'Create effective web content'; 'Create accessible content'.  We also offer training on Search Engine Optimisation and even to read the analytical reports that your site will generate.

Databases

IlluminateICT is the training provider for E-target a Customer Relationhip Management database system.  This system is used in many high profle membership organisations and Guilds.

We are also a supplier and training provider for Social Impact Tracker, a database for the voluntary and communty sector that measures outcomes and outputs.
