Since delivering effective projects requires strong communications and a robust system of mangement, Illuminate works with a system based on Prince 2. This system is called CIRO, based on the first letters of the four stages of the process.

CIRO

The four stages are

  1. Context evaluation
  2. Input Evaluation
  3. Reaction
  4. Outcomes

These process, coupled with a project specific website allows for a structured approach to any project and excellent communications at all times.
