The London based Independent Living organisation has launched its new, illuminateICT website. The website includes some interesting functionality where the users can manage and classify content. The aim of providing a website that encourages all users to join in the discussion about ensuring that service provision meets the needs of the client and not the provider.

The project was managed by a local ICT support organisation - Superhighways and Illuminate delivered training sessions in a local voluntary sector facility to ensure that the KCIL team can add and edit the content.
