Coventry Local Involvement NetworK have launched their web site. www.coventrylink.org.uk. Ruth Light, the Project Manager, has been working hard with her team to develop relevant and exciting content. Including advice for the people of Coventry on Swine Flu.

Coventry Local Involvement Network or LINk is a new independent body set up to give local people a greater say in how local NHS and social care services (the services that Coventry City Council provide for older, disabled or vulnerable people) are run. The LINk will:

  • listen to people's feedback and views about what they want from services;
  • reach out to local communities to help people be involved;
  • and be a critical friend to those who run and plan our services. Sometimes small changes will make a big difference.
We believe that your views are important and offer flexible ways to get involved.

If you are not in Coventry then look for your local Involvement Network a great way to get involved. (you could even volunteer)
