We were recommended to Matthew at illuminate by another developer because Matthew has much experience working with charities in and around the local area.
We asked illuminate to transfer a Mambo site into Drupal for us & Matthew very kindly did this for us in the background without any disruption to our existing site. During the transfer Matthew sent us several training videos by email which were fantastic as they showed him actually updating our new website which means when we get stuck (which we will) we can refer back to the videos.
Once the transfer was complete, Matthew attended our offices to provide training. This was an extremely useful day, we had 4 staff attend the training and thanks to Matthew and his simple way of explaining things, those four people are now able to train others on how to perform simple tasks on their own sections of the site.
Our website is now live and working wonderfully, we do still email Matthew when we get stuck – he's more than willing to assist and always very clear in explaining. We will soon be asking Illuminate to re-design our website and have 100% confidence in Matthew and his skills to bring our site into the 21st century!
