I've arrived back from a brilliant holiday in Ireland and Scotland, to find that we've been really successful in attracting people to our Drupal conferene. Nearly 20 people to attend, from all over the country. Hopefully, this will be the first of many such events, and a chance for us to show off what we've been doing!

We have many Drupal training ideas in the pipeline too - from Using Drupal, through Administering Drupal Sites, to Developing Drupal Themes and Modules and Understanding the Drupal API. Food for thought!
